About Nexus Select Trust
Nexus Select Trust is India’s first Retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), listed on May 19, 2023, and managed by Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited (earlier Nexus India Retail Management Services Private Limited or Nexus Malls). We own 9.9 million sq. ft. of Grade A retail spaces in India, comprising 17 malls. In addition, we also operate 2 hotels and 3 office spaces. Our entity is currently one of India’s largest retail real estate platforms and the leading urban consumption network for millennials in India.
